Senior III
The Senior III group did a great job at the Race to State meet this past weekend. The five swimmers that attended the meet swam 81% best times combined. Awesome job to everyone!

Paulo Conde – 3 out of 4 Best times
Ella Ratterman – 2 out of 3 best times
Shamit Shabeer – 1 out of 2 best times
Swimmer of the Meet for Senior III:
Andrew Crothers – Andrew swam 7 out of 7 best times – 100%! He also achieved two National Motivational “B” times in the 500 Freestyle and the 200 Freestyle. A whole lot of hard work went into these accomplishments and it is really fun to see all of that hard work pay off! Great job Andrew!
AGP: AGP only had four 13-14 boys attend the meet this past weekend. One last shot at obtaining State Cuts. Guy Proctor was able to grab the 100 free cut dropping 1.93 seconds and just narrowly missed the 100 fly cut. Great swimming Guy! Jake Mattingly grabbed the 200 breast cut dropping 2.21 seconds. He also dropped time in the 100 free, 1.13 seconds. Awesome job Jake! Eli Mayes dropped time in the 100 free, 2.48 seconds in the 100 breast, and 1.45 seconds in the 100 back. While he wasn’t able to achieve a State cut this season, Eli has worked hard in practice and the coaches are proud of his effort. Jack Borraga swam the 500 free and while he didn’t achieve the State cut, he remains on the brink of grabbing it. He also swam the 200 back and dropped .63 seconds inching his way towards the cut. Great job Jack!
Failure is NOT your destination. The season is not a failure if we were unable to obtain additional State cuts or a single State cut. Our mission in AGP is to learn the lessons from these setbacks and find the tools to be successful. Keep working hard AGP and Go Team Triton! #ALLIN
