Senior 1

Lily was excited about her 100 free! She will be working on attendance, pace work, endurance, and keeping a positive attitude. Kaylee was excited with her 100 fly. She is working on endurance, body balance, and pace work for all 200's. Ty was most excited about his 50 free and not giving up in the 800 free. He will be working on body balance and 200 pace.

With an increase in outside and pool temp keeping the swimmers hydrated is very important. Senior 1 is working hard and getting ready for the E-town Meet!

Senior II

I'm really happy with how our first meet went coaching the Senior II swimmers. Three weeks isn't a lot of time together so I want to give kudos to the coaches that laid the foundation for all of these swimmers. Silver:

Welcome back to long course season! We had 20 Silver swimmers swim in this meet. Most of if not every swimmer this was their first ever Long course meet! Every swimmer who swam did an awesome job. We had 2 swimmers who achieved state cuts this weekend! While we only had 2 achieve state cuts we have many who are within 3 seconds of a state cut! We can only improve from here and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has for them!

Swimmers who achieved Long Course State Cuts: Asher Albritton (50 free, 50 back, 100 back, 50 breast, 50 fly,) Kinley Jones (50 breast, 100 breast)

Each Swimmers with the Biggest Time Drops!

Asher Albritton- 100 free (-27.61)

Abby Daily- 100 free (-1:04.17)

Emma Janes – 100 free (-24.27)

Jamie Lewis – 100 free (-48.82)

Zoe Zheng- 100 back (-36.01)

Bronze & Pre-Comp:

In the 1st long course meet of the season and for most of the Bronze and Pre-Comp swimmers, their 1st long course swim meet ever, they swam with confidence and speed! It was an amazing swim meet!

We had 16 swimmers represent the Bronze and Pre-Comp groups. All 16 swimmers had 1st time swims in the long course pool! For the 5 swimmers that successfully completed the 100 Fly, way to go! They rose to the challenge and knocked it out of the park. For 8 & Under swimmers to do a 100 Fly long course (and enjoy it), the future looks bright for Triton Swimming.

Can’t wait to see what we do at the next meet! So proud of the Bronze and Pre-Comp swimmers!
